Ground-state energy estimation on transition-metal electrolytes for solid-state Li-S cells, and on amine-functionalized MOFs for direct-air carbon capture. With BASF we identified two MOF candidates inside six months that classical screening had ranked outside its top 200.

On Maersk's mixed-fleet routing problem (37 ports, 2,400 vessels, 21-day horizon), warm-started QAOA found schedules 6.4% cheaper than the production solver. At Maersk's scale that's a nine-figure annual saving and ~480 kt avoided CO₂.
